The service

GraceFarewell (gracefarewell.com), a sister product of ApprovaVisa, lets you make funeral programs and matching cards in your browser, check a free proof, and buy print-ready files. It also offers a free obituary writer, an obituary template, and public-domain hymns and scripture. By using the site you accept these terms.

Prices and payment

• Funeral program: $24, paid once
• Cards: $15, paid once
• Complete set: $39, paid once

Designing and the proof are free; you pay only to download the files. There is no subscription. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, under its own terms; your receipt comes from them. Prices are in US dollars and include any sales tax or VAT.

What you get

• The files for the product you bought, made from your program as it is when you download them.
• Unlimited edits and new downloads for 30 days after payment.
• The files stay available for 90 days after payment; then the program and its files are deleted. Save the files you want to keep.
• Printing is not included. Print at home or take the print-shop file to any print shop.

What is yours

The words and photos you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. The files you buy are for your family’s, church’s or funeral home’s use for the service and in remembrance: print, share and post them as you like. The designs themselves may not be resold as templates.

Your part

• Add only photos and words you have the right to use.
• Check names, dates and service details in the proof before you pay and before you print. We print what you enter.
• Don’t use the site to harm others, overload it, or get around its limits.

The church orders, library and writer

• Each church tradition’s order of service is a common starting point, not an official text of any church. Your pastor, priest or parish has the final say. Where the orders come from.
• Hymns are printed in full only when their words were published in 1930 or earlier; scripture is the King James Version.
• The obituary writer produces a draft. Read it and correct it before you use it; it may get a detail wrong.

If something is wrong

Not right? Unlimited edits for 30 days. If the file has a fault we can't fix, 100% refund within 14 days. How to ask: refunds. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under the law where you live.

What we can’t promise

We work to keep the site running and the files correct, but the service is provided as it is. We are not responsible for printing results we can’t control (your printer, paper or print shop), for mistakes in what you entered, or for a service or church that asks for a different order. Where the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned.

Changes and contact
